Dr Lilani Venter is an energetic dentist that is passionate about dentistry and people.

Dr Lilani studied at Wits University while raising her two children. She has been practicing in the Garden Route since 2019.

She is the proud owner of Moss Dental in Marsh street, Mossel Bay and serves patients in Grootbrak River twice a week.

Dr Lilani did further studies in Aesthetic dentistry such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers and polycarboxylate threading. She finished her 2 year International Orthodontics course at the end of 2022. She also did her implant course with Dr Gluckman during Covid time.

She has a special interest in Implantology, Orthodontics and Prosthodontics (removable and fixed).

Dr Lilani is determined to make dental visits pleasant and have her patients leaving with a smile.

I Completed my degree at the university of Pretoria

Dr Melissa is not only a qualified Dentist and Dietitian but a humble and vibrant practitioner with the ability to charm your dental fear away, Quirky would be the best word to describe her fun, spontaneous personality.
She first completed her degree in dietetics at the NWU and thereafter continued her studies in dentistry at WITS University where she qualified in 2014.

Dr Melissa has been in private practice since 2016 and was the proud owner of “The Dental Fairy in Hartbeespoort, North West from 2019.
She is passionate about orthodontic treatments as well as paediatric dentistry.

She has Extensive experience in orthodontic treatment and because she believes in continued professional development she has, over the years, done numerous courses in the field of orthodontics and as well as other areas of general dentistry.

She relocated to Hartenbos in April 2023 with her talented husband, Jannie Moolman, and beautiful baby girl and has since joined Dr. Lilani Venter at MOSS DENTAL in Mossel Bay and Grootbrak River.
With a little bit of dancing in her background, from University cheerleading to up front on stage ballet, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and supporting locals.

Dr Melissa aims to fulfil her patient’s needs and is always prepared to go the extra mile.
She contributes fresh ideas, a lot of laughter and a calm atmosphere to our practice and dental surgery, It is an honor to have her part of our team.

Dr Anne Lubout

It is managed by the very competent Dr Anne Lubout, who has the following degrees:

Master’s Degrees in both Family and Sport Medicine and a Degree in nursing.

She brings to Groot Brak the experience of having practiced medicine in Secunda for 25 years and international exposure of 5 years as the Medical Doctor of luxury cruise liners, traveling the globe with all nationalities.

She was also a shareholder in the town’s Medical Clinic.

Her love of sport earned her national colours in canoeing, 7 Comrade marathons as well as ten Two Ocean races.

She also completed in numerous cycle races like the Namib Quest, Trans Baviaans and many other races and can still be found on the back roads of Groot Brak over weekends or running on the beach early in the morning.

Anne has two children who are both qualified medical doctors and a daughter in law with the same qualifications.

Dr Sorita Viljoen

Our Centre is privileged to have Dr Sorita Viljoen with a very special interest in Gynaecology and Female Health.

She also has a Masters degree in Sport Medicine from the University of the Free State.

Dr Viljoen relocated to the Garden Route from Bloemfontein and is committed to rendering a high quality of service to the community of Great Brak River & surrounds.

It is important to her that her patients feel welcome & comfortable and she strives to provide a calm, caring environment, as well as a high quality of care.

Dr Odelia Tait

Dr Odelia Tait is a compassionate family doctor who completed her MBChB degree in 2006 at the University of the Free state and has been a medical doctor for seventeen years. During those seventeen years she has worked in the public health system since 2007 and has been working as a general Practitioner in Private practice since 2014. Apart from her medical degree, she completed her master’s degree in Life Science (M.Sc) at Unisa in 2022 with the published title “The effect of Commelina Benghalensis (COMMELINACEAE) on the MicroRNA expression of cervical cancer cells “. She has special interest in genetics, geriatrics, female health, healthy living and mental health.
Dr Odelia does medical writing and medical journal writing. She loves to read, take walks with her husband and their dogs, traveling, and speaks basic French.

Zane Coetzee

This team was recently expanded when the Biokineticist, Zané Coetzee moved her practice into the Groot Brak Medical Centre in July 2021. Zané has been practicing in Great Brak River since June 2017.

She brings a complimentary set of skills as she is a Biokineticist specialising in orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as sports injuries and running analysis. She has a keen interest in the treatment plan of neurological conditions. She has a passion for Pilates and runs classes for orthopaedic back injuries and teaches acrobatics to young children.

Her love of sport sees her competing in numerous challenging mountain bike races and trail running events. She has also competed internationally in events like the off-road triathlon world championship in Hawaii amongst the many others.

I completed my Biokinetics degree at the North-West University in 2022, thereafter I continued with my Masters degree at Blanquerna University in Barcelona, Spain.

My Masters degree is focused on finding the relationship between cognitive function, cardiovascular fitness and functional capacities and the influence this relationship has on older individuals.
